  6.      I am announcing that I am instituting a special, LIMITED TIME
  7. OFFER for the distributors of my CUBE.EXE "Multi-Level-ware"
  8. program.  The registration fee for this program is $20, of which
  9. $10 goes back out to previous distributors on a multi-level basis. 
  10. As of Nov. 15th, I am instituting a special "QUICK START BONUS"
  11. that will be available only thru the end of 1991.  Of all user
  12. registration fees received between Nov. 15 thru Dec. 31, 1991, I
  13. will devote an additional $3 of the fee to the QUICK START BONUS
  14. fund.  There will be a BONUS given to top producing distributors
  15. who are active during this period.

  17.      The details of the plan are as follows:  Of every $20 user
  18. registration fee that is received between Nov. 15 -- Dec. 31,
  19. 1991, $3 will go into a special QUICK START BONUS fund.  At the
  20. end of this period, this fund will be split between the top 5%
  21. producing distributors from the pool of all active distributors
  22. (an "active" distributor being one who had a copy of the program
  23. that he/she distributed registered during this period).  1/3 of
  24. this fund will go to the top distributor (the one who had the most
  25. copies registered).  1/3 will be split among the top 1% of all
  26. active distributors (the ones who had the most registrations come
  27. in -- and the top distributor is excluded from this second split). 
  28. The final 1/3 will be split among the next top 4%.

  30.      This means that one out of every 20 active distributors will
  31. be receiving a bonus!  And the potential is exciting, because the
  32. top producing distributor will be getting $1 for EVERY SINGLE user
  33. registration fee that is received between Nov. 15 -- Dec. 31,
  34. 1991!  If 5,000 total registrations are received, the top person
  35. gets $5,000.  If 10,000 registrations are received, the top person
  36. gets $10,000!  If 25,000 registrations are received, he/she gets
  37. $25,000!!!!

  39.      The point of this offer is to give distributors an extra
  40. incentive to promote this program!  This entire arrangement is
  41. successful only to the extent that the participants in it promote
  42. the program.  I am looking for distributors who will vigorously
  43. promote it and also actively encourage other potential users to
  44. register it and register it PROMPTLY!  In return, I am giving such
  45. distributors an exceptional opportunity -- one that doesn't come
  46. along very often (if at all) to realize an exceptional profit.
